In Luke’s biography of Jesus, there is a pivotal moment in 9:51 when Jesus ‘sets his face’ toward Jerusalem. He embarks on his final road trip to Jerusalem, where he will be ‘taken up’. As Jesus takes this final road trip, he teaches us what it means to follow him.
