HOW TO REGISTER
STEP 1: Register - the number of adults / kids. When you click ‘Add to cart’ you will be asked to note any dietary requirements. (Note: there is a day visit option with/without dinner, please choose the dinner option if you will be staying for an evening meal).
STEP 2: Consider a Subsidy - to help someone who can't afford the full price.
STEP 3: Check out - look for the CART button on the edge of your screen and pay by Card/Paypal.

OPTION: PAY HALF NOW, HALF LATER
Like previous years, there is the option to pay in two instalments. If this would be helpful for you, please use the discount code LAKEMAC. You will be charged 50% of the final cost. We will then contact you with details on how to pay the remainder by Friday 16th May.
STEP 1 - Registration
Includes everything! Meals are catered (Fri dinner through to Sun lunch), so you can enjoy a weekend without cooking!
Accommodation is Twin share for singles/married couples; Families will be together. Single rooms may be available depending on numbers.
For each person in your booking, click add to cart. Then scroll to step 2.
(We don’t want the cost to stop anyone coming - please speak to us if a subsidy would help you or a friend).
Day Visits - includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea. (Extended day visit also includes dinner).

STEP 2 - SUBSIDY
If you would like to contribute towards the cost of someone else’s ticket who cannot easily afford the full price.
We don’t want anyone to miss the weekend away because they can’t afford the full amount. If the price is easily affordable for you this is a way to help cover the cost for others. Alternatively let Fiona know if you are happy to be contacted as needs arise.
Step 3 - CHECKOUT
To checkout, look for the CART button on the edge of your screen (or click here).
Follow the instructions to pay by Paypal (preferred) or Credit card.
Then what? Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email. Before the weekend, we’ll send you the detailed program and what to bring.
