Hall hire - Long-term

Our church hall is available for community groups & businesses for long-term hire - applications are now open for next year. If you have an enquiry or would like to be added to the waiting list for openings, please complete this hall hire application.


Hall hire - Children's birthdays

The hall is also available for one-off hire for children's birthday parties, under these guidelines: 

  • The only timeslot available is Saturday from 2.30-6pm.

  • For children's parties up to age 12.

  • In 2019, the hire cost is $132 for up to three hours during the above times. You will also need to purchase Public Liability Insurance ($161).

  • We need at least one month's notice. (Because of the need for Public Liability Insurance, unfortunately we can never help with last minute requests).

  • You need to do all of your own cleaning, including emptying rubbish bins and disposing of garbage bags at home. (Or we can provide a cleaner for an additional cost).

  • There is also a bond to be paid of $350. Any breakages greater than the bond will be charged on top of this.

  • No alcohol.

  • No smoking.

  • No loud music.
