Take some time out at our Parents Cafe on Friday 20th January. Enjoy a free coffee from our qualified barista, a chat with friends old & new, and some food for thought with a variety of personal stories and a presentation from Doug and Rowena Thomas on ‘talking about the tough stuff’ with kids.
Doug is the energetic principal of Claremont College at Randwick, and his wife Rowena a trained a primary school teacher with more than 12 years experience in sexuality education in infants and primary schools. Let’s just say they’re going to have a lot to contribute!

The Parents Cafe is a free event as part of St Luke’s Summer Festival, and is open for all parents whether your children are at Summer Kids Club or not. There is a baby feeding room adjacent with change table, as well as a playroom for toddlers. A staffed creche will be provided for part of the morning.
A sausage sizzle with the children from Kids Club with follow at 12pm.
